We collect only essential personal and clinic-related information to create and operate your customized app and enable seamless engagement with your patients. All data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Dentus follows industry-standard security practices to protect user data and ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Data Retention

We retain your personal and clinic-related information only for as long as needed to provide the Dentus service and fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

  • - Account and clinic data is retained while your account is active.
  • - Billing and transactional records are retained for up to 8 years, as required under applicable tax and corporate laws.
  • - Backups and system logs are retained briefly for security and recovery, then securely overwritten.

After the applicable retention period, your data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time through any of the following options:

  1. In-app: Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps.
  2. Web: Submit a request at www.dentusapp.com/support.html .
  3. Email: Write to contact@dentusapp.com from your registered email with the subject "Data Deletion Request."

After verifying your identity, we will delete your account and associated data from our active systems within 30 days, and from encrypted backups within 90 days.

Limited information may be retained where required by law (e.g., financial records) and will remain protected under this Privacy Policy.
