Refunds for payments made through the Dentus app will be honored only if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, subject to the standard processing times of the respective banks or payment gateways. Dentus acts only as a platform provider and is not liable for refund delays or disputes arising between dentists and patients.
